A: Each cabaret act runs for 45-50 minutes.
Q: Can you perform multiple shows throughout the day or evening?
A: Yes, Katie can work with you to meet all of your entertainment needs, she has performed from just a single show up to four shows across the afternoon and evening.
Q: What are you set up requirements?
A: approximately 30 minutes is required for the band to set up their equipment followed by a 30-60 minute part rehearsal and sound check of the show.
Q: Is this show conducted with a live band or to backing tracks?
A: Both! Katie provides sheet music for all of her shows which can be played with Katie's band or your resident house band. Band set up is drums, guitar, bass and keyboard. Alternatively Katie also has high quality backing track music for all of her shows which is ideal for very small venues or to assist with cost savings.
Q: How much does a cabaret act cost?
A: This is dependent on the number of performances, band requirements and logistics. Katie has her standard prices but each quote is individually tailored towards each request.

Q: What experience level do I have to be?
A: All experience levels and ages are welcome; from complete beginner, to intermediate right through to a professional looking to refine your talent.

A: Katie can assist you in preparing for you ABRSM exams in Piano, Singing and Musical Theory.
Q: Why would I want tuition in Music Theory?
A: You will require Music Theory Grade 5 if you intend to conduct your ABRSM exams in your instrument in grade 5 and onwards.
Q: Do you do lessons individually or as a group?
A: Katie can be booked to provide private individual tuition or she can provide the same service for a group. Individually your lessons can be tailored to suit your exact needs but group lessons offer excellent value for money.
Q: Can you help with my aural section of my ABRSM exam?
A: Yes, sight reading and sight singing are key components of your ABRSM aural exams. Katie is a working professional and is well experienced in both of these aspects to help your you best prepare.
Q: What locations do you service?
A: Katie services the Midlands, Cambridge and London. Travel outside of these areas can be arranged.
Q: Do you do events outside of your main areas?
A: For large cabaret events Katie will travel beyond her immediate service area. For all other functions and weddings Katie can travel beyond her service area at a rate of 35p per mile. Standard accommodation will be used if travel time does not allow for a return journey. Additional travel fees are not always required as other events may have Katie working in close proximity to your function.
Q: Can you travel to perform at our function overseas?
A: Yes, Katie has sang all over the world and no location is too far. Additional travel, accommodation and time costs will be included in the quoted price.
